The wonderful teaching of Abraham-Hicks explains this as either daydream or nightmare.
It’s so important to choose your vibration before you focus. Are you in joy 😁? If not, get yourself there by thinking of something/someone that makes you happy. This is what I call the hot chocolate with marshmallow moment.
In every moment you can either make your life better or worse. This is completely your creation as the Universe responds to your feelings, rather than what you say and think.
Aligning yourself with source (aka unconditional love) brings into your being all of which you desire 🎉👊
When you daydream you’re under the influence of source and you’ll have thoughts about 💭 fun things to do, travel, purchasing something that is of delight, having a wonderful conversation with someone 💃🕺
When you begin to have thoughts about 💭 worry, wondering how something will work out, what will happen and feeling sorry for yourself or someone else 😭 then you’ve entered the an un-desired influence which is called nightmare. You may have got yourself in this state by seeing something that triggered you, a conversation with someone, comparing yourself to others etc…
If thinking about it or doing it does not bring you joy, then simply ❌⛔
